Soyo Korean Barstaurant Reviews

We've frequented here for years and years! The only thing I have to say about it is the prices have gotten significantly higher. I get it with inflation and everything but it's pricier than most Korean restaurants. The kalbi is very good though, also decently portioned. Overall still good as usual!

My fair review of actually eating at the Rainbow location alone. I go out to nice full meal type places like this alone a lot, so ambiance is extremely important for me. They sat me down at a really nice, fairly larger than I needed booth, but I felt as though it was the best seat in the house. The staff was extremely attentive, but was by no means annoying or overbearing! A few members of their staff even went out of their way to give me a social vibe when I started to get a little drunk. I honestly don't remember what I ate, but I do remember enjoying my meal and having no complaints. What I really ended up enjoying was the mekju (when you mix beer with soju). After a few glasses of that, you'll forget everything else you consumed that night! Yes, definitely check Soyo out! They also have a location on Flamingo near The Palm which is actually my go-to lunch spot. I literally eat there at least 2x a week.

Quality Korean food here. First off, I love the jap chae -- always so flavorful. Their Korean fried chicken is yummy too; soy garlic and Korean Style are the best, IMO. They have a good crunch, not too much batter, and the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The bulgogi and beef short ribs are delicious... love the sauce and portion sizes. Banchan is good also and the cheese rolled omelettes are tasty appetizers. Definitely one of the best Korean restaurants in LV. If you're a fan of Korean cuisine, Soyo is a must-try.

Was really craving a good bowl of dolsot bibimbap and wasn't disappointed! The portion is decent, the sauce complemented the rice and pickled veggies well. I liked that they served iced barley tea instead of water. It was very refreshing. This has been the best bibimbap I've tried in Vegas thus far so would definitely come back!

As always, great and warm service by the servers and staff members! And really good food! I met up my friend and her daughter today to eat here because she wanted something savory. Immediately this restaurant came to mind as the food is so flavorful and high-quality! And has a great and fun atmosphere. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a few staff members who were very welcoming and friendly. Loved that! I saw my friend at the booth, so I went over there. Her and her daughter don't eat a lot of Korean food so they were a little nervous. They don't really eat very spicy food. I told him not to worry, and we could order the barbecue Bulgogi and the barbecue chicken with rice. They brought 5 different banchan. We got pickled zucchini, a savory pickled pickles, daikon, kimchi, and macaroni salad. All very good. Our entrées were very good and were on sizzling plates as well. The food came hot. And was good portions. I also enjoyed a big bottle of Cass Beer. I didn't realize it was going to be that big, but it was fine as I didn't feel drunk or even tipsy (lol). Our server today was a talk gentleman, and he was great! Him and some others regularly checked on us and refilled our sides. The daughter at first wasn't too sure about the food. But with a little time and encouragement, she ended up really liking it so I was happy. You know kids. She wished that she could have one of the sides to go. Her mom asked the waiter if it was possible to have one side to go. And the waiter gave her a little set of sides. It was such a nice touch and much appreciated. We will definitely come back and bring all my friends here! It's also a very fun place and they have a nice outdoor, but covered patio!

It was my 1st time at this location. Previously I went to their other location. Service was excellent. I love Korean food and all the ban Chan they serve. I had the Bibimbap and it was delicious. I'll be back again.

I've been coming to Soyo for the past decade and it's easily one of the best Korean restaurants in town. It's got a great vibe and perfect for a meal or a chill night drinking with friends. The food is pretty good. There are definitely some dishes that are better than others but as long as I stick with what I know is good I'm always satisfied. They also have a large menu that offers a lot of dishes that other Korean restaurants in town don't which is very nice. They have a few locations in the valley now but I've noticed that this original spot still has the best food so that might be worth noting.

The food at this Korean restaurant is very delicious. I was craving Korean food and wanted to try a new restaurant. I just got my food to go so I cannot speak on the service but the servers were very attentive and made me feel comfortable. The restaurant decor is very unique, the alls are plastered with movie and pop culture from Korea. Walking into this restaurant is like stepping into a portal to Seoul. It looked like it could also be a fun spot to grab a few drinks also. I would recommend this restaurant.
